set direction, develop their Purpose, Vision and Mission.

We'll begin by looking at the most
common reasons why groups and individuals fail. To counter those stumbling blocks, the group
will look at:
- the power of Vision
- setting standards for achievement
- rewards and incentive
- motivation by delegation
- the importance of developing
credibility
- areas for improvements in their life and
organization
- developing a winning image
- putting the principle of the 3 V's to work
Goal Setting. . . Getting There
In the area of goal setting the participants will set actual goals
to learn a simple system that works for individuals or groups.
This method entails:
- defining your Mission
- identifying objectives
- identifying obstacles
- identifying resources, limitations,
opportunities
- the importance of evaluation
- setting realistic dates for
achievement
Motivation- Cliches Don't Cut It In A Clutch Situation!
When we look at motivation and empowering others, participants will learn:
- the results of doing things On Purpose . .
. for a Purpose
- the attributes of motivation
- myths and methods
- what works and what won't and why
- a formula that changes behavior rather than
"pumps up"
